- 50 North and South Icons

Disclaimer: Thornton admirers, relax. The Henry/Margaret icons were made with no disrespect to Thornton. He is amazing. I just wanted Margaret to marry Henry Lennox, because I thought he suited her better, and because I wanted Thornton free for the rest of us. ;)

Nice. I love the ones of Thornton's mom. She was a hoot. :-)

Thanks! Yes, Mrs. Thornton was a hoot. She's the type of mom I want to be, when I have a son. XD

Yay North & South! I love 7 and 47 especially!

*gasp* You're a Henry/Margaret shipper? Blasphemy! ;)

Glad you like them! (7 is quite possibly my personal fave out of the whole batch.)

LOL, yes. I felt so bad for Henry during the much-applauded kissing scene at the end, because he had to watch. Not much fun for the poor guy.

Yeah, the whole kissing scene was really ridiculous and my least favorite part of the series. Like that ever would have happened in real life!

Yay! I'm not the only one who isn't totally in love with the kissing scene! Everybody else seems to love it to pieces. LOL.

These are really quite lovely, but #12 is the best one in the whole batch!

As soon as I saw North and South in your tags my inner fangirl started flailing. I told her to calm down till we could verify that this was, indeed, that North and South.

That North and South verified. Recommence Flailing.

I LOVE YOU!

Also, what you said about shipping Harry and Margret made me laugh (in a good, non-malicious way), especially the part about having Thornton for ourselves. I think that's the most logical reason for not shipping the hero and heroine that I have ever heard.

Again, I LOVE YOU!

Awww, you're very sweet. I dashed over to your journal, and after seeing that we have common interests in Jane Austen, Sherlock Holmes, Doctor Who, and NCIS (need to get back in to that one, though), I started flailing, too. May I add you as a friend? :) I look forward to getting to know you better!

Again, FLAIL!!!

Of course you can friend me! I'd love that!
This morning, I was trying to remember how your name was spelled so I could show your icons to my sister. Lo, and behold! There was your comment in my message box! But I had to go get ready for work so I'll have to show them to her later. She is going to love them.

I look forward to getting to know you, too!

LOL, I didn't realize just how tough my username is to remember until after I had created it. Tolkien character names can be tricky sometimes. :)

What line of work are you in, if you don't mind my asking? I myself work part time in retail and in captioning phone calls.
