I'm learning to love goofing off and just snapping whatever catches my fancy. I think I'll probably start taking more pictures of hummingbirds than anything else--they're so fascinating. :)

You mean what we put into the feeder itself? My mom just boils sugar in water, waits for it to cool, and then pours it through a funnel into the feeder. Simple, inexpensive, and effective. :)
One of my great uncles has a very elaborate feeder that looks like a sprawling bouquet of flowers, and in the mornings, you can see a small army of hummingbirds hovering around it. It's breathtaking!
