But seriously though, I'm so tired with the whole "end of the world" crap that people come up with these days! They try to mask them saying that they were predicted in ancient times when they actually weren't after you do some research.
According to those losers the world was supposed to end on the 12th and today and we're still here.
Sometimes I think people just get involved in this stuff because they need something to keep them busy.
I don't get too annoyed, unless people are taking things seriously. Everyone I know is having a good time just playing around.
By "those losers," do you mean the Mayans? I think they're pretty cool myself. I just take it as a fun legend that gives us insight into the minds of those from the past--like pretty much everything ancient cultures believed about time and the universe.
It was not the Mayans, I read NASA's page and they said that it was a hoax. I'll search for the link tomorrow since I'm replying from my iPhone. The Mayan calendar ended on that date for a new calendar to begin according to NASA. I believed in the world ending too since I love Ancient History and the Mayans.
Oh, so the Mayans just stopped their calendar then, and then some people decided to make up a new excuse for people to get all worked up? That's just sad. (But now this is a great opportunity for me to delve into stuff about the Mayans again . . . :D)

Yes, but a new one begun just like ours does every year. Yes again, they just wanted to get people all worked up. I hate it when people do that spread misinformation.
